Water resource planning relies on institutions' ability to mobilize, structure and exploit their data.

DGPRE sought to strengthen its tools and team skills to gain autonomy on these issues.

Beyond tool provision, the challenge was sustainable appropriation of methods by staff, a condition for their durability.

Coherence between tools, data and working practices had to be ensured.
